Our hard-working quality control team works around the clock to ensure the products that reach your doorstep meet the exemplary standards you deserve. In rare instances, you may receive a product that doesn’t meet the standard we set. We are more than happy to provide a 60-day replacement for a defective product. In order to start the process, you may contact our customer support team. Email us a picture/video of the defective product, order number (or copy of the invoice) and we will respond with a return shipping label that we will expedite to your attention. Due to the nature of the products, we have a no return and a no refund policy after the order is shipped.
