We process, ship, and deliver our packages Monday – Saturday via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Sundays or National Holidays. Our typical delivery timeframe is within 5-7 days – we move quickly so that we don’t stand in the way of you achieving the vibe. At this time, we ship only within the US, UK, and Canada. During checkout you certify you are providing the correct shipping address. Please be sure to check your shipping address for errors before processing any orders. We can not be held responsible for products shipped to the wrong address due to input or customer error. As we ship all orders within the first 24 hours after the orders are placed, we have a no-cancellation policy when the purchase is processed in our system. 


At V For Vibes, your satisfaction is our priority. Our hard-working quality control team works around the clock to ensure the products that reach your doorstep meet the exemplary standards you deserve. In rare instances, you may receive a product that doesn’t meet the standard we set. We are more than happy to provide a 60-day replacement for a defective product. In order to start the process, you may contact our customer support team. Email us a picture of the defective product, order number (or copy of the invoice) and we will respond with a return shipping label that we will expedite to your attention. Due to the nature of the products, we have a no return and a no refund policy after the order is shipped. 

You have up to 30 calendar days after the estimated delivery date has passed to report that an item hasn’t arrived.
